About us

Quality House EOOD, a Bulgarian company, established in 2004 with core business in the area of software testing and consultancy, as well as the world acknowledged ISTQB courses is looking for a proactive Business Development Manager to join the team.

Responsibilities

Main job responsibilities:
• Defining the business development strategy of the company;
• Managing the developed business development strategy and process of the company;
• Conducting SWOT analysis of the strategy implementation and reporting the results of the analysis;
• Adjusting the strategy and process on a regular basis and when needed,
• Working on a daily basis with old, existing and potential partners, clients, competitors;
• Gathering information for potential clients and partners;
• Contacting and negotiating with local and foreign prospective clients;
• Communication with business partners and colleagues on a daily basis;
• Preparing documents for tenders and tracking inquiries;
• Reporting regularly to the manager of the company;
• Helping with administrative tasks;

Requirements and necessary skills

Basic requirements for the role:
• Experience with EU-funded projects will be considered an advantage;
• Good command of English is a must – both written and verbal;
• Excellent communication skills;
• Diplomacy, independent and proactive thinking;
• Strong organizational and analytical skills, attitude of a doer;
• Experience is a plus, especially in the IT sector;
• Good knowledge of MS Office;
• Desire to learn new things and expanding existing knowledge;
