If you have:

• Degree in Finance, Economics or relevant

• 5+ years Bank experience or experience in a financial institution

• Strong strategic mindset and long-term vision

• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

• Proven negotiation strength and confident deal-closing ability

• Solid commercial awareness and understanding of market dynamics

• Analytical and data-driven approach to decision-making

• Proactive attitude with the ability to identify and pursue new opportunities

• Collaborative nature and ability to align diverse stakeholders

• Creativity in developing effective business solutions

• High adaptability, resilience, and comfort in a fast-paced environment

• Fluent English
