are looking for driven, friendly and attentive individuals for the role of Business Development Payments Manager.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain long-term relationships with accounts;
Making sure clients receive requested products and services in a timely fashion;
Manage projects within client relationships, working to carry out client goals while meeting
Coordinating with staff members working on the same account to ensure consistent service;
Collaborating with the sales team to reach prospective clients;
Identifying opportunities to grow business with existing clients;
Collaborate with Product, Risk, Marketing and other internal departments in order to effectively
respond to merchants’ inquiries and concerns, and to communicate feedback on customer and
