For one of our clients – a global company leading the online payments and settlements. We
are looking for driven, friendly and attentive individuals for the role of Business Development Payments Manager.


Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain long-term relationships with accounts;
Making sure clients receive requested products and services in a timely fashion;
Manage projects within client relationships, working to carry out client goals while meeting
company goals;
Coordinating with staff members working on the same account to ensure consistent service;
Collaborating with the sales team to reach prospective clients;
Identifying opportunities to grow business with existing clients;
Collaborate with Product, Risk, Marketing and other internal departments in order to effectively
respond to merchants’ inquiries and concerns, and to communicate feedback on customer and
partner requirements.

Изисквания и необходими умения

Experience in Forex industry – preference;
Experience with online payments and alternative payment methods;
Experience in working within sales and account management within a payments organisation;
Bussines Development or Account Management Experience;
Ability to Manage Multiple Projects and Relationships Simultaneously;
Highly B2B focused with solid experience supporting large enterprise clients and a proven track
record in growing an existing business portfolio;
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint) and preferably have past experience working
with CRM systems and/or in-house software programs;
Excellent English skills.
