For one of our top clients - a leading construction company, we are looking for:

Business Development Specialist

Отговорности

• Business development of construction projects mainly for Bulgaria, Romania, etc.
• Support for on-going projects.
• Analyze, report and update information for the project /schedule, construction market status, trends/.
• Reporting and updating the management for Political/Economical/Social Status/Trend/Changes in Bulgaria, Romania, etc.
• Identification of new partners, vendors, suppliers, subcontractors /evaluation and networking/.
• Preparation of reports such as market research/analysis, partner analysis, participation strategy, etc.
• Providing support for the business trips of the management.
• Periodical reporting in respect to daily works.

Изисквания и необходими умения

• Bachelor’s degree in Business administration or Law.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in business development for construction project is preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in Bulgarian.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Experience with nuclear energy development/construction/operation, etc. is considered a plus.
• Very good skills in searching and organizing information from many sources.
• Very good skills in Microsoft Office Word, PPT, Excel.
• Self-motivation, attention to detail and excellent interpersonal communication skills.
• Active driver license.
