For one of our clients - a global leader in B2B sales services, specializing in driving revenue growth and digital transformation through strategy, talent, and technology, we are looking for a Business Solutions Advisor with French and English (Hybrid). As part of this project, you will help businesses accelerate growth through strategic account management and digital transformation solutions.
*Manage and develop a portfolio of business clients, building long-term partnerships based on trust and value;
*Identify growth opportunities through renewals, account expansion, and strategic upselling initiatives;
*Support customers throughout their onboarding journey, ensuring successful product adoption and engagement;
*Act as a trusted advisor by providing tailored recommendations that help clients achieve their business objectives;
*Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver a seamless and outstanding customer experience;
*Maintain accurate account information, sales activities, and pipeline visibility within CRM systems.
*Fluency in French and English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills;
*Over 2 years experience in account management, customer success, business development, sales, or a related client-facing role;
*Commercial mindset with a passion for building relationships and driving business growth;
*Strong consultative, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills;
*Experience working with CRM platforms such as Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar tools is considered an advantage;
*Confident user of digital technologies with the ability to adapt quickly in a dynamic business environment
*Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented professional with a strong focus on customer success.
