and outstanding client experiences, we are looking for – Business Solutions Process
Specialist with French or Spanish or Arabic or German (Hybrid).
*Coordinate and actively participate in process design and improvement initiatives;
*Support and assist in change management activities across the organization;
*Execute approved process and operational changes in partnership with the business;
*Plan, organize, and schedule meetings, calls, and appointments;
*Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth implementation of changes;
*Perform research, evaluation, and data analysis to support decision-making;
*Prepare reports, documentation, and insights for stakeholders.
