Your Daily Routine Would Include:
- Designing and implementing new features end-to-end within a cross-functional team, following solid engineering principles and clean architecture practices.
- Building desktop applications and software components using modern C++ and Qt technologies.
- Investigating, debugging, and resolving issues in existing features across application layers.
- Designing and maintaining efficient, reliable application logic while ensuring performance, stability, and maintainability across changes.
We’ll know you can make it if you have:
- Solid experience with C++ — minimum 3–4 years.
- Strong command of object-oriented programming (OOP) and modern C++ practices.
- Hands-on experience with the Qt framework (Qt Widgets and/or Qt Quick/QML).
- Experience building and maintaining desktop applications.
- Experience with debugging, profiling, and performance optimization.
- Familiarity with UI development and working with responsive, user-friendly interfaces.
- Experience with SQL databases and integrating data storage into applications
- Working with version control (Git / GitHub) and task/issue tracking tools (Jira or equivalent).
- Communication skills — you can clearly explain what you're working on and raise concerns without being asked.
- A proactive mindset — you look ahead, spot issues early, and move things forward without waiting to be told.
- Fluent English — written and spoken.
- German language skills are optional.
Nice to have:
- Experience with Linux development, embedded systems, network programming.
