We are looking for a Call Center Representative who will be the liaison between our company and its current and potential customers. The successful candidate will be able to accept ownership for effectively solving customer issues, complaints, and inquiries. Keeping customer satisfaction at the core of every decision and behavior.

Отговорности

Call Center Representative responsibilities:

- Manage outbound customer calls promptly;
- Follow our customer engagement strategy;
- Meet qualitative and quantitative targets;
- Meet personal and team sales targets and call handling quotas;

Изисквания и необходими умения

Requirements:

- Fluent English;
- Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters;
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively;
- Making sales or recommendations for products or services that may better suit client needs;
