customer experience management. We are on a search for motivated, organized and customer-focused team players for the role of Call Centre Agent with Romanian, Hungarian,
Slovak and English (PTE and FTE).
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
* Responding to various customer requests via email, phone and chat;
* Investigating customers’ issues, offering solutions and guiding customers through the issue
* Offering info and advice to customers relating to company’s products and services;
* Keeping accurate and up-to-date records of every interaction with customers;
* Providing a professional and pleasant experience and ensuring customers’ satisfaction;
* Working in tandem with other colleagues, assisting and offering advice when needed.
