For one of our clients an international company and a leader in employee benefits and employee engagement solutions, we are currently looking for Card and Payment Operations Analyst (Hybrid).
*Keep a close eye on daily card and payment activity, ensuring transactions, settlements, refunds, and related processes run smoothly and efficiently;
*Own daily reconciliations and operational checks, making sure data across payment processors, internal platforms, and financial systems is accurate and consistent;
*Investigate payment issues and discrepancies, from failed transactions and refunds to settlement differences, and drive them through to resolution;
*Turn transaction and financial data into actionable insights by identifying anomalies, risks, recurring issues, and opportunities to improve operational processes;
*Work closely with IT, Finance, Customer Service, processors, issuers, and external partners to resolve incidents and keep payment services running reliably;
*Contribute to payment-related projects by supporting system integrations, QA testing, technical requirements, process documentation, and continuous improvements.
*23 years of experience in card operations, banking, payment processing, PSPs, fintech, or another technology-driven financial environment;
*A solid understanding of how payment transactions work, including authorization, clearing, settlement, refunds, disputes, and related processes;
*Hands-on experience with reconciliations, operational controls, transaction monitoring, and working with large volumes of financial or transactional data;
*Comfortable working with IT systems and integrations, with an analytical mindset and an interest in using data to investigate and solve operational issues; SQL is a plus;
*Experience with card issuing, payment platforms, or fraud-related processes will be considered a strong advantage;
*Excellent command of English, combined with strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
