For one of our clients – a top-tier technology provider for the gambling industry, delivering
over 25 years of unmatched global expertise, we are on a lookout for а Casino Manager.

Отговорности

* Support the Head of Casino in daily operations and act as deputy when required, ensuring
smooth management of the casino;
* Oversee the casino’s game portfolio, ensuring it remains competitive, up-to-date, and fully
compliant with gaming regulations;
* Develop and execute the casino business strategy to attract, engage, and retain players while
achieving revenue targets;
* Coordinate with Marketing, CRM, and other teams to plan launches, events, and promotions
that enhance the player experience;
* Lead, mentor, and develop junior team members to build a high-performing and motivated casino team;
* Monitor and analyze casino performance through reports and metrics, making strategic
recommendations to optimize revenue;
* Collaborate with technical teams to maintain operational excellence, ensuring content,
features, and promotions meet quality standards.

Изисквания и необходими умения

* Minimum of 3 years’ experience in online casino product management with comprehensive
knowledge of casino offerings;
* Strong analytical and data-driven mindset to interpret performance metrics and guide
business decisions;
* In-depth understanding of casino regulations, security standards, and product life cycles;
* Passion for gaming and a deep understanding of the iGaming industry trends and player expectations;
* Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of influencing all levels of the organization;
* Strong project management, organizational, and planning skills, with a results-oriented approach;
* Proficient in MS Office applications, with exceptional attention to detail and commitment to
delivering quality work.
