The Compliance Specialist will perform compliance activities with a focus on operating compliance ethics and resiliency procedures in the defined locations or areas. In this role, you will partner with various internal stakeholders to ensure their processes and operations are in compliance to global standards and meet control objectives.

Key Accountabilities
Partner with functional leaders and key stakeholders to lead business resiliency communication ,maintenance and test plans.
Drive the record information management processes to ensure they are aligned with company requirements and country specific legislature.
Partner with global ethics and compliance team on mandatory trainings and ethics open lines reviews
Interpret internal company policy and external legislation impact to ensure our company takes the appropriate action to keep compliant.
Lead compliance communications, training and awareness sessions and monitor the completion.
Collaborate with stakeholders to proactively identify risks.
Collaborate to deliver compliance projects effectively.
Independently solve moderately complex issues with minimal supervision, while escalating more complex issues to appropriate staff .

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience
English advanced
Advanced knowledge in Microsoft office

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in compliance, legal administration, internal/external audit or internal controls
Experience in service delivery centers having advanced communication with leadership team
Advanced skills using relevant office programs and applications, ERP systems
Detail oriented, communicative person with strong problem solving skills
