Your daily routine would include:
- Managing the end-to-end lifecycle of changes by facilitating CAB meetings.
- Maintaining the Change Register in ServiceNow and ensuring full compliance and proper documentation.
- Supporting freeze periods and monitoring adherence to change governance standards.
- Coordinating the monthly Enterprise Release Calendar.
- Aligning release plans across OpCos and CDC while managing dependencies and cross-country impacts.
- Contributing to the harmonization of group-wide processes.
- Supporting the phased integration of OpCos through structured governance activities.
- Providing training sessions and communicating process updates to relevant stakeholders.
We’ll know you can make it if you have:
- Hands-on experience with ServiceNow for tracking change and release governance activities.
- Experience with CAB moderation and effective stakeholder facilitation.
- Exposure to cross-country delivery environments and collaboration with distributed teams.
- A background in software development, IT operations, or related domains.
- ITIL experience with a solid understanding of change and release management practices.
- Strong project-management skills enabling you to coordinate complex initiatives.
- A good understanding of software deployment and lifecycle processes.
- Well-developed analytical and risk assessment skills to support sound decision-making.
- Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with diverse stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ownership and a structured way of working.
