Your daily routine would include:

  • Managing the end-to-end lifecycle of changes by facilitating CAB meetings.
  • Maintaining the Change Register in ServiceNow and ensuring full compliance and proper documentation.
  • Supporting freeze periods and monitoring adherence to change governance standards.
  • Coordinating the monthly Enterprise Release Calendar.
  • Aligning release plans across OpCos and CDC while managing dependencies and cross-country impacts.
  • Contributing to the harmonization of group-wide processes.
  • Supporting the phased integration of OpCos through structured governance activities.
  • Providing training sessions and communicating process updates to relevant stakeholders.

We’ll know you can make it if you have:

  • Hands-on experience with ServiceNow for tracking change and release governance activities.
  • Experience with CAB moderation and effective stakeholder facilitation.
  • Exposure to cross-country delivery environments and collaboration with distributed teams.
  • A background in software development, IT operations, or related domains.
  • ITIL experience with a solid understanding of change and release management practices.
  • Strong project-management skills enabling you to coordinate complex initiatives.
  • A good understanding of software deployment and lifecycle processes.
  • Well-developed analytical and risk assessment skills to support sound decision-making.
  • Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with diverse stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated ownership and a structured way of working.
  • Cultural awareness and resilience in dynamic, international environments.
