What you’ll do:
As a Client Care Advisor, you’ll be the first point of contact for customers, ensuring every interaction is handled with professionalism and care.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
-Assisting customers via multiple communication channels.
-Responding to questions related to products, services, invoices, and account administration.
-Investigating and resolving customer inquiries efficiently.
-Updating customer information and processing requests in internal systems.
What we’re looking for:
-German language proficiency at C1 level or higher.
-English at B1 level.
-A customer-focused mindset and excellent communication skills.
-Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
-Flexibility to work on a shift schedule.
