For one of our clients – a leading provider of digital solutions, AI automation, and customer experience services, enabling global brands to enhance digital experiences across fintech, high-tech, tourism, and gaming industries, we are looking for – Client Relations Specialist with Czech and Slovak (Remote).
*Be the friendly first point of contact for our customers via phone and email, creating a positive experience from the very first interaction;
*Listen carefully to customers' needs and provide clear, accurate, and helpful solutions;
*Build trust and lasting relationships by delivering professional, empathetic, and customer-focused support;
*Make every interaction count by ensuring customers feel valued, supported, and satisfied;
*Collaborate with teammates and internal departments to improve processes and contribute to an outstanding customer experience.
*Fluent Czech with a good command of Slovak and English;
*Excellent communication skills and a friendly, approachable attitude;
*A genuine passion for helping people and delivering exceptional customer service;
*Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to stay organized while handling different tasks;
*A positive mindset, willingness to learn, and enthusiasm for working in a supportive team environment;
*Previous experience is a plus, but not required.
