For one of our clients - an industry-recognized BPO partner, delivering tailored support and process optimization for global clients, we are looking for Client Solutions Consultant with Danish or Polish or Icelandic or Slovak.
*Delivered customer support via phone, chat, and email with a strong focus on customer satisfaction;
*Provided non-technical troubleshooting and support for a range of digital products and services;
*Resolved customer issues efficiently and escalated complex cases when necessary;
*Guided new clients through software implementation, onboarding, and post-onboarding support;
*Maintained accurate records of customer interactions and solutions using CRM systems;
*Collaborated with internal teams to ensure effective issue resolution and smooth client experiences.
*Fluent in Danish, Polish, Icelandic, or Slovak, with strong English communication skills;
*Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills;
*Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities;
*Comfortable managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment;
*Confident using CRM systems, software tools, and structured processes;
*Quick to learn new products, adapt to changes, and follow established procedures.
