Responsibilities

What Youll Do:

  • Act as the primary partner and advocate for your clients guiding them from onboarding to long-term growth.
  • Build meaningful relationships that blend empathy, strategy, and tech-savvy support.
  • Analyse client data and performance metrics to uncover insights and opportunities for improvement.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to deliver seamless, high-impact experiences.
  • Identify and drive upsell or expansion opportunities through consultative, value-focused conversations.
  • Lead regular success reviews and create data-informed strategies that help clients achieve measurable outcomes.
