For one of our clients, a global leader in B2B sales services, specializing in driving revenue growth and digital transformation through strategy, talent, and technology, we are looking for - Client Success Manager with French (Remote).
*Build lasting partnerships with clients by delivering exceptional service and tailored solutions;
*Drive account growth by identifying new business opportunities and maximizing customer value;
*Act as a trusted advisor, helping clients achieve their goals while ensuring a seamless experience;
*Lead productive conversations, overcome challenges through effective negotiation, and deliver positive outcomes;
*Collaborate with decision-makers and cross-functional teams to strengthen long-term client relationships;
*Leverage customer insights and market trends to support renewals and uncover growth opportunities.
*Fluent in French and English, with excellent communication skills;
*Previous experience in sales, account management, customer success, or a client-facing role;
*A customer-focused mindset with a passion for building strong relationships and delivering results;
*Confident negotiator with the ability to influence decisions and identify business opportunities;
*Comfortable working with CRM systems (Salesforce is a plus) and MS Office tools;
*Tech-savvy, proactive, and motivated to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
*Standard working time, Monday-Friday, remote option;
