They are looking for a Client Support Specialist with French,
German, Spanish, Italian or Romanian (B2B) to join their team as it
is expanding.
Main Responsibilities:
Supports business clients by providing helpful information and
answering questions via phone and email;
Providing general technical guidance and assistance in
problem-solving to corporate users from international companies
;
Collecting and reviewing application documentation ensuring
compliance with industry regulations in order to prevent potential
risks for the company;
Focusing on process improvement identification and development.

Romanian (C1);
Very good level of English (B2 Level);
