For one of our clients – a respected organization in the dental care field, recognized for its commitment to quality, innovation and exceptional service standards – we are looking for a Clinic Operations Manager, who will play a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of the facility.
*Oversee daily clinic operations and ensure a smooth workflow for both staff and patients;
*Coordinate, schedule and update patient appointments through an internal software system;
*Handle operational challenges as they arise and make timely decisions when needed;
*Manage and coordinate a small team and prepare regular updates and reports for senior management;
*Oversee the condition of the facilities and ensure responsible teams are informed and action is taken when needed;
*Coordinate external service providers and monitor service quality.
*Previous experience in operations, office management, administration, hospitality, healthcare or a similar role;
*Experience in team coordination or people management;
*Strong organizational skills with attention to detail;
*Ability to prioritize tasks and work effectively in a dynamic environment;
*Fluency in English.
