Job Purpose and Impact
The role is based in EMEA, tied to a main office Cargill location
with preference for Sofia (BUL) or Warsaw (POL). The Commercial
Excellence Analyst will support the continuous development of the
strategic pricing capabilities across the company. In this role,
you will become a specialist in foundational and innovative pricing
approaches and will be the primary contact for pricing systems and
tools used within the business and product lines and act as a
knowledge resource to pricing and commercial leaders.
Key Accountabilities
Support the deployment of the strategic pricing capabilities for
the various business groups aligned with strategies, market
dynamics and needs.
Support building detailed roadmap definitions and the
implementation of initiatives with a lead by example implementation
style.
Support the deployment of pricing as an end-to-end process from
strategic considerations to actual price setting techniques,
governance and supporting technology.
Generate hypotheses for profit improvement opportunities, validate
with data and analyses and suggest deployment projects.
Support the development of core pricing frameworks and act as the
critical guideline for the team when engaging with the other
business groups.
Collaborate with cross functional teams and provide moderately
complex analysis, implement strategic roadmaps, handle key
engagement interviews and research and facilitate workshops.
Independently solve moderately complex issues with minimal
supervision, while escalating more complex issues to appropriate
staff.

Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent
experience
Ability to interpret and work with data to provide analysis
Minimum of two years of related work experience
Fluent English
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with relevant data analytics tools, like Power BI or
Tableau
Experience in commercial, marketing, sales or finance would be an
advantage
Previous pricing experience
Good knowledge of Polish language would be a plus
