Tsvetelin Stanilov is looking for a new team member.
As a Configuration Manager (CMDB) you will serve as a foundational
component of IT service management, providing a comprehensive
repository of configuration information that supports effective
decision-making, risk management, and operational excellence within
an organization's IT environment.
Your daily routine would include:
Integration of external systems with ServiceNow platform;
Develop and maintain detailed technical and process documentation;
Establishing and maintaining the CMDB; managing data with import
sets, updates sets and transform maps;
Integration of external systems with ServiceNow platform;
Data Management and Quality Assurance;
Process analysis and automation;
Perform System Integration Testing;
User acceptance testing, transition and knowledge transfer to
customers.
We’ll know you can make it if you have:
Experienced in design and implementation of ServiceNow ITOM –
Discovery, CMDB;
Experienced in implementation, and customization of ITSM
processes;
Excellent communication and client-relationship skills;
Basics in network technology (Router, Switches, Access
Points,);
Basics in IP V4 and IP V6;
Experience in Health Check, Root Cause Analysis and error
prevention;
Good experience in Java and JavaScript;
Good Windows and LINUX Knowhow;
Good Experience in MSSQL;
Fluent in English.
ServiceNow skills required:
SERVICENOW ITOM (Discovery, CMDB (CSDM));
Administration and Configuration;
ITSM;
CSM, Service Portal.
