Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
* Preforming outbound calls as part of the case settlement process, to follow up on the
customer and other parties;
* Providing all type of technical information via calls, chat, e-mail or web system;
* Pursue the predetermined steps to solve cases for customers;
* Thinking analytically and logically to ensure resolving of the cases in the best way.
