For one of our clients – a global leader in delivering outstanding customer experiences, making lives better with every interaction for the world’s top brands, we are looking for – Content Analyst with German and English.
*Thoroughly inspect and evaluate user-generated materials, such as profiles, images, videos, and text, to ensure they meet the platform's rules and policies;
*Investigate concerns flagged by automated detection systems or user reports, taking necessary action to maintain a safe and respectful online space;
*Implement company policies and safety measures to protect users and promote a trustworthy digital environment;
*Analyze trends and patterns to refine content moderation workflows, boosting both efficiency and accuracy;
*Use critical thinking and problem-solving skills to evaluate situations quickly and take appropriate corrective measures;
*Coordinate with colleagues and management to develop and enforce content moderation strategies consistently.
*Possess very good written and verbal communication skills in both languages (German and English) to accurately assess content and interact with users when needed;
*Demonstrate proficiency in using computer systems, digital tools, and content management platforms with ease;
*Carefully review large volumes of content while maintaining precision and adherence to guidelines under tight deadlines;
*Adapt to changing circumstances while staying composed and efficient in a dynamic, fast-paced work environment;
*Be open to varying work schedules, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays, to ensure continuous moderation support;
*Commit to an office-based role, collaborating with team members in a structured and professional setting.
