On behalf of one of our clients, we are currently looking for Content Moderator with Italian to join their team.

What you will be doing:

• Deliver high-quality customer service mainly by email with a limited phone support for certain specific topics;

• Мainly moderation to ensure the content is appropriated to the audience and safe.

Изисквания и необходими умения

Ideally, your skills will include:

• Fluency in Italian, both written and verbal

• Advanced knowledge of English, both written and verbal

• Excellent communication skills;

• Work experience in a customer service center is an advantage, but not a requirement;

• Good typing and computer skills (MS Office applications);

• Be organized, decision-making and analytical skills;

• Team player with a great attitude;

• High school education.
