For one of our clients – a well-established representative in the BPO industry, providing customer experience services, digital solutions, and automation support to international brands across multiple sectors including fintech, high-tech, tourism, and gaming, we are looking for – Content Screening Specialist with Italian or Spanish or Danish or Serbian.
*Help create a safer online environment by reviewing user-generated content and advertisements;
*Assess content against platform policies and community standards;
*Detect guideline violations and take the appropriate moderation actions;
*Deliver accurate, fair, and timely decisions while maintaining high quality standards;
*Stay up to date with policy changes and apply new guidelines confidently;
*Contribute to team success by sharing knowledge and supporting process improvements.
*Fluent level of Italian, Spanish, Danish, or Serbian;
*Good command of English (B2 level or above);
*Excellent attention to detail with strong analytical and decision-making skills;
*Confidence in handling sensitive or graphic content professionally;
*Flexibility to work on a rotating 24/7 shift schedule;
*Motivation to learn, grow, and adapt in a dynamic environment;
*Experience in Content Moderation, Trust & Safety, or a similar field is considered an advantage.
