Responsibilities:
Lead and coordinate Hoshin Kanri initiatives, ensuring all projects align with the company’s Five Axes and three core values;
Foster and support the development of a Lean culture and mindset across all plant teams through daily collaboration and coaching;
Collaborate to ensure compliance with applicable aerospace regulations and standards, supporting the safety and effectiveness of manufactured devices;
Conduct and review machinery capacity studies, labor requirements, and production estimations to optimize resource planning;
LEAD process flow charts and Value Stream Maps (VSM) to evaluate and improve workflow efficiency;
Identify automation or semi-automation opportunities and prepare preliminary feasibility studies to support implementation;
Calculate and define production rates and operational cycles for assigned manufacturing processes;
Identify, recommend, and LEAD workshop process or method improvements to streamline operations and increase productivity;
Support the transfer of new products from global facilities, including process development, creation of manufacturing codes, operations index preparation, operator training, and packaging/labeling requirements and layout;
Develop and monitor measurement systems for efficiency, quality, and scrap performance;
Support PFMEA updating in collaboration with Quality Engineering for all assigned processes;
Lead improvement and cost-savings projects within assigned areas, supported by cost–benefit analysis and Lean Manufacturing tools;
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related technical field preferred;
Six Sigma Green Belt certification or equivalent qualification in Continuous Improvement methodologies (Lean, Kaizen, or similar) required;
Proficiency in English (written and verbal);
Practical knowledge of project management principles and tools;
Demonstrated experience applying Continuous Improvement and Lean Manufacturing tools in an industrial or operations environment;
Solid understanding of Lean principles, procedures, and methodologies.Proven leadership skills in a multicultural environment;
Excellent and proven communication skills, with the ability to build strong, trust-based relationships within and outside the company while maintaining confidentiality and integrity;
Strong people-management skills, including the ability to coach, motivate, and influence teams toward continuous improvement goals;
Proactive and structured problem-solving abilities;
High level of energy and adaptability; able to perform effectively in dynamic environments;
Fast learner with strong initiative; able to work independently as well as collaboratively in cross-functional teams;
Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple priorities
