For our great Legal Department team, we are now looking for a highly motivated Corporate Legal advisor,

If you have:

University degree in law and obtained legal competency
Proficiency in English (both written and spoken), including legal terminology is a must
Relevant experience in area of insurance, commercial, obligation and civil law as well as in administrative and civil proceedings
Knowledge and experience in public tender procedure is an advantage
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word
Highly responsible and well organized person with abilities to prioritize
Team player with good communication skills
Solution oriented person with strong business acumen


And you would like to:

Providing expert support for all DZI corporate legal and company secretarial activities
Helping draft, review and negotiate legal documentation in the company
Preparing agendas, resolutions and minutes for Committee, Board and Shareholder’s meetings and undertaking filings as necessary
Preparing and maintaining our statutory registers and an oversight of our documents
Providing legal advice in area of contracting
Providing legal consultation to internal clients
Participation in project where legal advisory is required, e.g. implementation of new/changes in General conditions of insurance products
