Your mission
Business travel rarely goes exactly according to plan and thats where you come in.
As a Corporate Travel Advisor, youll provide high-touch support to business travelers, helping them navigate flights, hotels, train journeys, and unexpected travel situations before and during their trips.
Your goal is to ensure every traveler reaches their destination smoothly and receives exceptional service along the way.
Provide professional B2B support via phone to business travelers.
Assist with flight, hotel, and rail travel arrangements.
Resolve travel-related requests and unexpected issues efficiently.
Support travelers before, during, and after their business trips.
Deliver outstanding customer care while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
Work with travel booking systems and internal tools.
Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless travel experiences.
Fluent German and good working level of English.
Strong phone communication and active listening skills.
Previous experience in travel, airline, hospitality, or a similar industry is an advantage.
Knowledge of Amadeus, Galileo, Sabre, Worldspan, Apollo, or another GDS platform is a strong advantage.
Experience in a customer service or customer experience environment is considered a plus.
Good computer literacy and MS Office skills.
Strong organizational, analytical, and decision-making abilities.
Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset.
Competitive salary plus additional allowances for night and weekend work.
Night shift allowance 6 BGN per worked hour between 22:00 and 06:00, with the opportunity to earn up to 750 BGN monthly from night shifts.
Additional 25 BGN for each weekend day worked.
