For one of our clients – a well-established company in the customer experience management
field, we are on a lookout for adaptable, team-focused and result-oriented individuals for the
role of Credit and Collections Expert with German or French (Hybrid model).

Отговорности

* Collecting payments from customers, mainly through direct communication like calls;
* Managing accounts, including reconciliation and analysis;
* Handling credit and account management, identifying payment patterns, and taking corrective actions if needed;
* Meeting debt and cash targets regularly;
* Keeping all financial records clean and accurate.

Изисквания и необходими умения

* Experience in collections is a must;
* Great German or French and good English skills;
* Basic computer skills, especially in MS Office and familiarity with SAP;
* Customer-oriented, able to work independently and focused on achieving targets;
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and open to learning;
* Committed to teamwork, handles pressure well and can adapt quickly to changes.
