CRM AND LOYALTY PROGRAM SPECIALIST
Scope of the Role:
The CRM and Loyalty Specialist will play a pivotal role in driving
customer retention and satisfaction by managing and optimizing the
loyalty program, analyzing customer data, and supporting the
overall marketing strategy. The role requires close collaboration
with cross-functional teams and external partners to enhance
customer experiences and boost sales performance.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and optimize the company’s Loyalty Program, ensuring
seamless operations and partner integration.
Define and execute reward strategies that meet customer
expectations and foster engagement.
Oversee the loyalty software platform, coordinating with system
providers and infrastructure support teams.
Conduct detailed competitor analysis, studying sales trends,
pricing, and marketing strategies.
Track and analyze market trends, producing comprehensive reports
and actionable insights for management.
Collect and interpret customer data (preferences, demographics, and
buying habits) to identify market opportunities.
Measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and communication
strategies, offering recommendations for improvement.
Prepare detailed reports and visualizations, presenting complex
data in a clear and actionable manner.

Ideal Candidate Profile:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field.
At least 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within
a large international organization.
Proficient in market research, statistical analysis, and data
interpretation.
Experience with SAP or similar ERP/CRM systems is an advantage.
Strong command of written and spoken English.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel).
Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving
skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities with a
collaborative approach.
