For one of our clients – a leading tech company in the gaming sector, offering more than 25
years of exceptional experience worldwide, we are on a lookout for а CRM Executive.

Responsibilities

* Become an expert in the company’s CRM systems and tools, and apply this knowledge to
real business scenarios;
* Manage CRM campaigns from initial brief to full execution, ensuring all deadlines are met;
* Analyze player behavior to create targeted segments and personalized offers;
* Collaborate with technical, QA, customer service, and other cross-functional teams;
* Set up, configure, and implement CRM initiatives in line with the promotional calendar;
* Monitor and evaluate campaign performance to measure effectiveness and identify
improvement opportunities;
* Ensure all website content and customer communications are accurate, compliant, and
regularly updated.

Requirements and necessary skills

* Proven experience in a CRM role within the gambling industry;
* Strong knowledge of both Sports and Casino products, with good understanding of betting
& gaming operations;
* Strong analytical skills and solid understanding of CRM lifecycle activities and best practices;
* Experience working with CRM platforms; familiarity with Optimove is considered an advantage;
* Excellent presentation skills with the ability to communicate effectively at all organizational levels;
* Excellent oral and written communication skills in English;
* Proficiency in MS Office applications.
