Managing and investigating crypto payment settlement
activities;
Monitoring high-risk payment transactions and fiat-to-crypto/
crypto-to-fiat convergences;
Assessing and reviewing business client data;
Processing the end-to-end lifecycle of payment-related claims;
Collaborating closely with Operations and Compliance teams on
complex cases;
Ensuring accurate and timely handling of cases in line with the
