Assistant with German and English.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
* Understanding and answering customer questions;
* Solving issues and following up on them, managing everything according to given timelines;
* Dealing with invoices, agreements and contracts;
* Handling all calculations, notes and documents relating to contract agreements;
* Ensuring that agreements and contracts are applied and payments are being made
* Preforming all month-end/ year-end activities in time and according to regulations;
* Offering top quality service to relevant customers and striving to meet or exceed KPI’s;
* Supporting others and striving to improve personal performance and the process by solving
issues and optimizing.
