Culture and Engagement Expert (m/f)
What will you do?
Your mission will be to ensure our organizational culture thrives, actively engaging employees and driving strategic HR initiatives. As a core part of our team, you will:
- Facilitate the creation of concepts regarding employee retention and motivation.
- Drive organizational change initiatives, ensuring that employee engagement remains at the core of our cultural and business transformation.
- Organize, conduct, and analyze employee surveys, including moderating focus groups if needed, and derive, track, and implement action areas and measures.
- Coordinate, communicate, and consult on all national topics and processes related to engagement and culture.
- Organize, plan, and execute employee events, national or regional initiatives (e.g. teambuilding and other events).
- Strategically orient, develop, and manage occupational health programs.
- Implement and support future concepts related to corporate values, leadership, and new ways of working (NWOW).
- Ensure that diversity, equity, and inclusion are seamlessly embedded in the entire employee lifecycle, fostering a culture of belonging at every stage.
- Implement concepts and measures in the field of Corporate Social Responsibility.
- Prepare evaluations, analyses, statistics, and concepts on key topics related to employee engagement.
- Support internal communication (e.g., creating intranet articles) in collaboration with Corporate Communications.
What do we expect from you?
We are looking for a highly committed professional with strong organizational skills who can quickly integrate into our team.
Core Requirements:
- Proven ability to organize and understand complex facts and interrelationships.
- Self-initiative, high responsibility, and excellent project management skills, willingness to learn, and flexibility in thinking and actions.
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven attention to detail, especially when working with data and reporting.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and teamwork skills.
- Proficiency in Bulgarian (minimum fluent) is mandatory, and minimum good knowledge of English (B2) or German (B2) is required.
Valuable assets:
- Proven experience (5+ years) in Employee Engagement, Talent development, Organizational Culture, or HR Project Management in a corporate environment is a strong asset.
- Direct experience with building concepts, facilitating change initiatives, organizing corporate events, health management initiatives, or DE&B programs is highly valued.
- Ability to easily establish trusting relationships with colleagues and business partners.
