Job Description:

Currently we are looking for a motivated and eager-to-learn
professional to join the team in the role of: Customer Care
Specialist with Oracle Order Management.
Main Responsibilities:
Sales order & Claims creation
Process and create sales orders and claims in compliance with
company policies
Handle amendments to orders as per customer requestsAssist in
managing customer claims and returns, ensuring quick resolution
Maintenance of customer portal
Customer query handling related to TAT or amendments to orders
Disputes / Issue resolution and RCA
MIS reporting as needed
Responsible for & Understands Order Management and Booking
Proceses
Our most successful candidates will have:
Proficiency in English language
Bachelor’s degree
Mandatory experience in order management and order booking in
Oracle
Strong customer orientation with the ability to manage queries
efficiently
2+ years of experience with additional responsibilities in issue
resolution and data management
High agility, accuracy, and attention to detail in managing orders
and claims
