Отговорности

- Communicate with customers and solve problems their problem
- Report about problems to neighboring teams: account managers, technical specialists, developers.
- Coordinate and monitor the problem solving process, receive feedback from the client and neighboring teams

Изисквания и необходими умения

- Your English level is Upper Intermediate. Almost all of our clients and partners speak English, so it will be easier for you to find a common language with them
- Knowledge of Russian language
- You are energetic, proactive and willing to work in shifts. You will have morning (7:00 - 15:00), evening (15:00 - 23:00) and night (23:00 - 07:00) shifts.
