For one of our clients – a well-established representative in the BPO industry, providing customer experience services, digital solutions, and automation support to international brands across multiple sectors including fintech, high-tech, tourism, and gaming, we are looking for – Customer Mobility Coordinator with German.
*Deliver exceptional customer support for car rental services, creating a seamless and positive experience for every client;
*Manage booking requests, changes, and cancellations with accuracy and efficiency;
*Assist customers through phone, email, and chat channels by providing timely, professional, and solution-oriented support;
*Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer inquiries and ensure high service quality;
*Maintain accurate reservation records, customer communication details, and service-related updates;
*Contribute to continuous improvements in customer satisfaction and overall service excellence.
*Excellent command of German and good knowledge of English;
*Strong communication skills with a proactive, customer-focused mindset;
*Ability to prioritize tasks, work independently, and stay organized in a dynamic environment;
*Basic computer literacy and confidence in using reservation or customer management systems;
*Willingness to work in a structured weekday office environment with a professional team;
*Positive attitude, attention to detail, and commitment to delivering outstanding customer experiences.
