For one of our clients - a global leader in business process outsourcing, focused on efficiency
and outstanding client experiences, we are looking for – Customer Relationship Expert
with Dutch or Arabic or French or Spanish or Italian (Hybrid).

Отговорности

* Provide professional customer support via phone, email, chat, and occasionally video calls;
* Assist with money transfer inquiries, ensuring accurate solutions or proper escalation;
* Ensure high customer satisfaction by delivering timely and effective responses;
* Build strong communication with B2B partners and clients while representing the company;
* Maintain accurate case records and follow company policies and workflows.

Изисквания и необходими умения

*Fluency in Dutch, Arabic, French, Spanish or Italian, with strong spoken and written skills;
*Good command of English for internal communication, training, and documentation;
*Previous experience in customer service or technical support is a plus;
*Confident user of digital platforms, CRM systems, and basic troubleshooting tools;
*Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently.
