ZOLI99 serves the residential and hospitality design community by
offering high - end household furniture and decorative items . The
company prides itself on its well-merchandized collections,
supported by stores located in different regions of Belgium,
exceptional customer service specialists and a state-of-the-art
distribution center . ZOLI99's mission is to answer all client
needs for furnishing and decorations, even the most demanding
ones.
The company has 60 employees who are daily making sure ZOLI99
becomes a reference and a benchmark in Belgium. At ZOLI99 ,
employees do not choose simply a job, but a career! Several store
openings are planned in Belgium and other markets in Europe, so the
team is growing .
ZOLI99 opened an office in Varna for even better serving the
customers, to improve the customer experience and improve corporate
service structure.
- In customer service, you answer customer questions in chat, email
and over the phone
- You are responsible for following up on tasks that arise during
the client interaction
- You advise diligently the customers who contacted you
- You follow up on orders until the end
- You are doing outbound calls to locate customers in Horeca,
restaurants, decoration stores .. etc
- You are doing outbound calls for customer satisfaction
surveys
- You report daily or weekly to the customer service manager
The call center works on shifts from 9 am to 11 pm Bulgarian time,
7 days a week, with 2 days off per week.
The place of work is at the B.O.B. Services office in Varna.
