Due to our business and operational expansion, we are looking for enthusiastic Customer Service Representative with French and English to join our team.

Отговорности

• Providing daily contact with end users of products and services;
• Providing feedback to end users after request or after processing a specific case;
• Maintaining up-to-date information in the database about performed activities and operations;
• Operating with specialized software to provide queries and support for work systems.

Изисквания и необходими умения

• Very good level of French and English - minimum C1 level;
• Great communication skills;
• Self-motivation, pragmatic and friendly approach;
• Well-developed customer orientation skills;
• Willingness to learn and develop;
• Positive attitude, the desire to learn new skills and a strong work ethic;
• Previous experience in customer service is preferred but not mandatory.
