Customer Service Shift Supervisor for a Gaming Company.
Handle customer complaints or issues that regular support can't
solve.
Work with other teams to resolve sensitive cases.
Manage serious incidents and complex player questions.
Prepare daily reports on performance and key stats.
Provide necessary information, approvals, and permissions.
Keep the team updated on important issues and changes.
Oversee resources and monitor performance to meet goals.
Identify and report potential issues that could affect revenue.
Participate in management meetings to share updates and feedback.
