For one of our clients - a top-tier BPO provider offering exceptional customer support and
streamlined business services worldwide, we are looking for – Customer Solutions
Consultant with Czech or Danish or Dutch or German (PTE/FTE).

Responsibilities

*Deliver exceptional customer service across phone, chat, and email;
*Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through effective communication and support;
*Identify, understand, and address customer needs in a timely and professional manner;
*Provide product guidance, technical assistance, and troubleshooting solutions;
*Accurately document interactions and follow internal procedures to resolve cases efficiently.

Requirements and necessary skills

*Fluency in Czech, Danish, Dutch, or German and English language proficiency at B2 level;
*Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
*Ability to handle customer inquiries professionally across phone, chat, and email;
*Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail and accuracy;
*Availability for standard working hours with optional part-time and potential weekend shifts.
