For one of our clients – a well-established company, offering services in the customer
experience field. We are on a search for driven, friendly and well-mannered people for the
role of Customer Support Agent with English ( FTE or PTE )- Plovdiv.

Отговорности

* Guide web sale customers through installing and testing their alarm systems;
* Remotely program alarm equipment in customers' homes;
* Assess customer calls for clarity and pendant battery strength;
* Provide troubleshooting assistance for alarms and GPS-enabled wearable devices and
escalate issues further, if needed;
* Accurately record call details in the CRM and other databases;
* Enter data and create/update accounts and ensure customer records are complete and up
to date during calls.

Изисквания и необходими умения

* Proficient in English, level C1 or higher and based in Plovdiv;
* Strong communication skills and polite and friendly manner;
* Ability to show empathy and listen carefully;
* Organizational and multitasking skills are a must;
* Drive to learn, improve and provide a high-quality service;
* Previous experience in outsourcing or customer service is a plus.

* Solid remuneration and part-time option;
* Working hours, organized in shifts during the whole week, 13:30-22:00, Monday to Sunday;
