For one of our clients – a multinational business services company, specializing in customer
engagement and improving business performance for some of the world's best brands, we
are on a search for positive, friendly and motivated individuals for the role of Customer
Support Assistant with Azerbaijani (REMOTE).

Отговорности

* Communicate via various channels such as: email, chat, and phone;
* Provide exceptional customer support and strive to leave a great impression;
* Research and resolve customer inquiries with accuracy and efficiency;
* Stay informed about products, brand updates, and industry trends;
* Collaborate with the team and assist when needed.

Изисквания и необходими умения

* Fluency in Azerbaijani (near-native, written & spoken) and advanced English;
* A customer-focused mindset with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team;
* Strong communication, typing, and computer skills (MS Office, CRM);
* High school diploma or equivalent;
* Previous customer service experience is a plus.
