Job Description

Provide customer support in German (phone, chat, mail).
Analyze client queries and offer the best solution.
Professional training according to global customer service standards.
Flexible working hours (4-, 6- or 8-hour shifts).


Very good proficiency in German language (minimum B2), second language is not required.
Good computer literacy.
Strong interpersonal skills and collaborative mindset.
Drive for continuous improvement and gaining of new knowledge.
Ability to organize, prioritize and work in a team.
