Support Specialist with
Hungarian or Slovak, or Czech, or Slovenian and English.
*Handle customer requests through phone, chat, and email with
professionalism and efficiency;
*Share clear and helpful information about products and services to
assist users;
*Look into customer concerns and find appropriate solutions using
internal tools and guidelines;
*Keep accurate and up-to-date notes on all interactions in the
system;
*Deliver a positive customer experience by being supportive,
patient, and solution-oriented;
*Work closely with colleagues and other teams to ensure smooth case
resolution.
