General duties
- Monitor data from various security systems and perform initial incident analysis
- Identify affected systems and network segments
- Monitor and triage alerts generated by the SIEM platform
- Escalate security incidents based on predefined procedures and playbooks
- Assist internal teams following established response scenarios
- Identify and assess potential information security risks
- Support remediation activities and track incident resolution
- Prepare reports and recommendations for improving security operations
- Ensure compliance with internal information security policies
- Work on a shift-based schedule (24/7 coverage)
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in technical field (IT, Cybersecurity, or similar)
- 1-3 years of experience in IT and/or Information Security is an advantage
- Basic understanding of log analysis and event correlation
- Familiarity with security technologies (SIEM, IDS/IPS, EDR, DLP, WAF, vulnerability scanners, etc.) is an advantage
- Certifications or training in cybersecurity are considered a plus
- Good command of English (written and spoken)
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a team and follow structured processes
- Adaptability and willingness to learn
