As a Data analyst you will be part in one of our SLAM teams.   
 
MAIN CHALLENGES:  
• Analyzes the portfolio of credit products, investment products of the Bank  
Prepare selections for digital and other communication campaigns  
• Analyzes the activity of all digital channels (Electronic and mobile banking) for offering retail services and products  
• Prepares daily / weekly / monthly reports on the activity  
• Participates in the development of models for Propensity & Anti-churn  
• Participates in the preparation of market share of UBB and the other players on the market  
•Works with customer orientation approach through data analysis, collection and processing of customer feedback  
• Work closely with other directorates in UBB – Private individuals, Micro SME, Branch network, Credit Directorate Management – Retail, Finance, Digital channels and payment instruments, Data analyses, and other entities in KBC group  
• Participates in the development and implementation of surveys among customers to measure their level of satisfaction  
• Defines the approach to segmenting individual customer groups  
• Monitors the results in relation with the conducted marketing campaigns and other commercial activities and initiatives - at the level of the bank and at the level of the branch network and employees  
  
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE HAS:  
• University degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Informatics  
• Excellent computer skills - MS Office  
• Knowledge of SQL, database processing (not mandatory)  
• Good command in English  
• Knowledge in the field of financial analysis and banking will be considered an advantage  
• Innovative and analytical thinking  
• Desire to acquire new knowledge  
• Team player
