As part of our IT Operations team, you will gain hands-on experience across applications, databases, infrastructure, and automation, while learning how modern banking systems are operated at scale.
What you will do
- Support the operation of business-critical systems and applications
- Learn how to monitor, troubleshoot and improve system reliability
- Participate in incident analysis and problem resolution
- Assist in automation of repetitive operational tasks
- Work alongside engineers on improving monitoring, performance, and availability
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners on real projects
What you will learn
- How modern banking systems operate in production environments
- Fundamentals of SRE / DevOps practices (monitoring, reliability, automation)
- Learn how IT services are managed through structured processes (incident, change, problem management)
- Working with databases, applications, and infrastructure together
- How to investigate and resolve real-world issues (not textbook cases)
- Communication across IT teams, vendors, and business stakeholders
What we're looking for
- Student or recent graduate (IT, Computer Science, or similar)
- Curiosity about how systems actually work in real environments
- Basic understanding of technology concepts (databases, OS, networks)
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving mindset
- Willingness to learn new technologies
- Good communication skills and team mindset
- Working level of English

Internship Details:
- Duration: 6 to 12 months
- Schedule: Adapted to your university workload (no need for full-time presence or daily attendance)
- Paid internship: stipend provided under a labor contract for specific working days of the week
